DSM Board

What is the DSM Board?

An introduction to the Daily Standup Meeting Board — the shared team view of everyone's daily updates.

The DSM Board (Daily Standup Meeting Board) is your team's shared view of the day. It shows the standup status of every team member at a glance — who's posted, who's still pending, and who's on leave.

What You See on the Board

The board is organized into three sections:

Posted — Members who have submitted and posted their update for the day. Click any update to expand it and read the full structured content.

Pending — Members who haven't submitted yet. Their names are listed so you can see at a glance who's still outstanding.

On Leave — Members who have been marked on leave by a team lead for the day. They're excluded from completion counts.

The Update Card

Each posted update shows a structured breakdown of the member's day:

  • Yesterday's completed work
  • Today's plan
  • Active blockers (highlighted if any)
  • Meetings and discussions
  • PR reviews

Blockers are visually highlighted so they're easy to spot during a team review.

Navigating Dates

The board defaults to today. Use the date selector or calendar picker to navigate to any past working day. The coverage calendar shows a monthly view with visual indicators for which days had full, partial, or no coverage.

Comment Threads

Every update card has a comment thread. Team members and leads can:

  • Leave feedback or questions directly on an update
  • @mention teammates to notify them
  • Reply in threads to keep discussions organized

You receive an in-app notification (and optionally email) when someone comments on your update or mentions you.

Who Can See the DSM Board?

  • Members can see the DSM Board for the teams they belong to
  • Admins and Owners can see all teams' boards
  • Readonly members (Business plan) can view boards but not comment
