Updating Your Profile

How to update your display name, timezone, and other profile details in Strova.


Your profile controls how you appear to teammates and how Strova personalizes your experience.

Accessing Profile Settings

Go to Settings → Profile from the sidebar or the user menu in the top-right corner.

What You Can Update

Display Name

Your display name is how you appear on the DSM Board, in comment threads, and in reports. Update it to match how your team knows you.

  1. Click the Name field.
  2. Type your updated name.
  3. Click Save.

Timezone

Your timezone affects how times are displayed throughout the app and may affect your timeliness scoring depending on your org's cutoff mode. See Setting your personal timezone for details.

Working Schedule Overrides

If you work different hours than your team or org, you can override the schedule at the personal level. See Personal schedule overrides.

What You Cannot Change Yourself

Email address — Your login email is tied to your account. Contact support if you need to change it.

Organization name — Only org owners can change the org name, in Settings → Organization.

Profile Visibility

Your display name and role are visible to all members of your organization. Your timezone is visible to admins for scheduling and reporting purposes.
