Resetting Your Password
How to reset a forgotten password or change your current password in Strova.
Forgot Your Password?
If you can't log in because you've forgotten your password:
- Go to the Strova login page.
- Click Forgot password? below the login form.
- Enter your account email address.
- Click Send Reset Link.
- Check your inbox for an email from Strova with a password reset link.
- Click the link in the email — it opens a page where you can set a new password.
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Click Reset Password.
You'll be logged in automatically after resetting.
The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it's expired, return to the login page and request a new one.
Changing Your Password While Logged In
- Go to Settings → Profile.
- Scroll to the Password section.
- Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
- Enter your new password and confirm it.
- Click Update Password.
Didn't Receive the Reset Email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the email address associated with your Strova account
- Wait a minute and try again — emails can occasionally be delayed
- If you still don't receive it after several minutes, contact support

- Use a strong, unique password for your Strova account
- Never share your password with teammates — use the roles system to grant appropriate access instead
