Resetting Your Password

How to reset a forgotten password or change your current password in Strova.


Forgot Your Password?

If you can't log in because you've forgotten your password:

  1. Go to the Strova login page.
  2. Click Forgot password? below the login form.
  3. Enter your account email address.
  4. Click Send Reset Link.
  5. Check your inbox for an email from Strova with a password reset link.
  6. Click the link in the email — it opens a page where you can set a new password.
  7. Enter and confirm your new password.
  8. Click Reset Password.

You'll be logged in automatically after resetting.

The reset link expires after 1 hour. If it's expired, return to the login page and request a new one.

Changing Your Password While Logged In

  1. Go to Settings → Profile.
  2. Scroll to the Password section.
  3. Enter your current password to confirm your identity.
  4. Enter your new password and confirm it.
  5. Click Update Password.

Didn't Receive the Reset Email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure you entered the email address associated with your Strova account
  • Wait a minute and try again — emails can occasionally be delayed
  • If you still don't receive it after several minutes, contact support

Security Tips

  • Use a strong, unique password for your Strova account
  • Never share your password with teammates — use the roles system to grant appropriate access instead
