Choosing a Plan: Startup vs Business
A detailed comparison of Strova's two plans to help you pick the right one for your team.
Strova offers two plans. Both include the core standup and AI features — the difference is in scale and advanced capabilities.

Which Plan Should I Choose?
Choose Startup if:
- You have a single engineering team
- You don't need external stakeholders viewing dashboards
- You're a small company or just getting started with async standups
Choose Business if:
- You have multiple teams (frontend, backend, mobile, etc.)
- You want executives or stakeholders to view reports without submitting updates (readonly members)
- Your teams work across multiple projects and you need hours tracking per project
Pricing Details
Both plans are per active member, per month. Readonly members on the Business plan are free and don't count toward your seat total.
Annual billing saves 10%:
- Startup: $2.70/user/month (billed annually)
- Business: $4.50/user/month (billed annually)
Changing Plans
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Note: Downgrading from Business to Startup locks all teams except your first one. Members remain in the org but the extra teams become inactive.
Free Trial
Both plans include a 15-day free trial — no credit card required. You select which plan to trial during the onboarding wizard. You can switch trial plans before your trial ends.
