Overview of the Analytics Dashboard
A guide to the executive analytics dashboard — what it shows, how to read it, and who can access it.
The analytics dashboard gives owners, admins, and team leads a real-time view of their organization's standup health, team performance, and active blockers — all in one place.
Accessing the Dashboard
Go to Reporting in the left sidebar. Owners and admins see the full org-wide view. Team leads see their team's data. Members see their own personal KPI data only.
Dashboard Sections
Daily Submission Stats
A summary of today's standup activity across the org (or your team):
- Total members expected to submit today
- Posted — how many have submitted
- Pending — how many haven't yet
- On leave — members marked on leave today
These numbers update in real time throughout the day.
Average Performance Score
The organization's (or team's) average Overall Score for a rolling 7-day window, with a week-over-week delta indicator showing whether it's trending up or down.
Average Update Time
The average time members spend on their daily updates — tracked from session start to post. Includes a week-over-week comparison.
Unusually long update times can indicate members are struggling to articulate their work, or that the AI is asking too many follow-ups.
Active Blockers
A live list of blockers mentioned in today's (or this week's) updates that haven't been resolved. Each entry shows:
- The member who reported the blocker
- A summary of the blocker
- How many days it's been mentioned
Blockers that appear for multiple consecutive days are flagged. Use this list to proactively unblock your team instead of waiting for it to come up in a call.
Top Performers
A ranked list of the top-scoring team members based on their 7-day average Overall Score. Useful for recognizing consistent contributors during team retrospectives or 1:1s.
Team Grid
A visual overview of all teams in the org, showing:
- Team name and lead
- Number of members
- Today's submission count
Click any team to go directly to that team's DSM Board.
People Status
A filterable list of all org members showing their standup status for today: All, Pending, or On Leave. Use this to quickly identify who needs a nudge.
